Reasons to Consider Eusoh Over Healthy Paws

kitten

Eusoh’s monthly fee is currently capped at $65

Eusoh guarantees you will never pay more than the monthly max to cover expenses for yourself and the community. Healthy Paws’s monthly fee is not fixed and changes depending on factors like age and breed. Based on your pet's profile or age, the insurance premium can get as high as $400 per month plus a $1000 annual deductible.

Eusoh has no age limits

Eusoh’s model allows pets of any age to be enrolled into the pet plan. It is left to the community members whether to share expenses or not. On the other hand, Healthy Paws only accepts pets under 14 years old which can be a major problem for pet owners who decide to get a pet health plan for their pets at a later time.

Eusoh offers the most comprehensive coverage

Healthy Paws mainly focuses on helping its members with unexpected illnesses and accidents. Eusoh offers coverage not only for emergency cases, illnesses, and accidents but also for routine care and wellness care to keep your pet healthy and safe.

The Eusoh community covers routine and wellness care

The Eusoh community aims not just to cover expenses stemming from illness and accidents, but routine, wellness, and preventive care is part of our affordable pet health plan. Healthy Paws declines to cover routine and wellness care. This may cause a pet with underlying health problems to have more serious complications that may cost more exorbitant fees.

Eusoh offers a low annual out of pocket of $250

Regardless of age, the only out of pocket Eusoh requires members to pay yearly is $250. Healthy Paws has different pricing plans for pets of different ages. Having an older pet insured by Healthy Paws requires an annual deductible that can get as high as $1000.

The Eusoh community covers exam fees

The Eusoh community covers exam fees at no additional cost. There are no surprises or added fees. Healthy Paws covers accidents and illnesses with no reimbursements for exams. Fees from an exam with a specialist can be expensive — $100+ or more. Under their plan, you must pay these expenses out of pocket.

Eusoh has no setup fees

Upon joining the community, Eusoh only charges a $17 subscription fee plus a $48 initial refundable deposit. The $48 deposit actually goes to the cost of care. It’s not an arbitrary cost added to a monthly fee. To enroll in their service, Healthy Paws requires new members to pay a $25 admin or “setup” fee on top of the monthly premium.

Eusoh requires no examination prior to enrollment

Healthy Paws requires that all pets under age 6 to undergo a “complete clinical examination” prior to joining the service. This examination must be done 12 months before or 15 days after the policy date. Eusoh does not require any examination in order to join the service.

Eusoh annual maximum reimbursable is $8500

Along with its affordable price, the Eusoh community ensures that your pet receives the utmost care with its annual maximum reimbursement. $8500 is the maximum amount you can be reimbursed by the Eusoh community during a year for veterinary expenses.

Eusoh has transparent pricing

All coverage and reimbursement for procedures are totally transparent. You will know before any procedure, if you will be able to get reimbursed and how much it will be. Eusoh has a Procedure Guide for veterinary services and medications.
